The property was homely with very friendly staff right from the porter to manager. The hotel location was comfortable right in front of the train station. And we were so close to a nice restaurant and Cairo downtown. Was a superb base for trip.

I got excellent value for my money at Ciao Hotel. The room was spacious, with two large beds and a small balcony. The staff, especially the manager Mr. Emad Youssif, were incredibly helpful and friendly. The location was ideal, as it was close to the train station and easily accessible with Uber.
The only thing that could have improved the breakfast option was adding more variety to the menu.
